Experiencing severe lower back pain. I did not feel I needed emergency medical care but wanted to discuss with a medical professional on whether or not I should be concerned. I received a return call in less than 5 minutes from a doctor with suggestion to apply heat and alternate cold compresses.

It was great! I prefer this option. I received a call back in less than 10 minutes. Doctor was amazing and helped me with everything I needed. He was kind and knowledgeable. Very grateful.

I had a telehealth visit with MD due to nausea/vomiting/diarrhea. The doctor was very kind. She asked appropriate questions and went over everything with me as to how to manage symptoms. She prescribed one medication to help with nausea. The visit lasted approximately 10 minutes. As soon as we hung up I had an email with a synopsis of what we discussed. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the physician.

The service I received was done perfect and satisfying. I need my medication that my primary physician did not obligated to. However MDlive provided me with. I’m in the process of changing PC. I was very disappointed that my PC didn’t grant me my prescription. It was only for my arthritis medication that I have been on for years and ran out. Why did I need to pay a copay for that. Plus couldn’t receive an appointment until 2 weeks. So thanks MDLIVE for saving me from some much pain.

Once I signed up for my appointment (which was very easy) a doctor called me in about 5 minutes. She wasn't able to advise me as much of course because it was just over the phone. But her advise helped greatly and I was good to go a few days later. I will definitely be using this again when I can!
