Just that the Dr. I had wouldn't listen to me. I told her my husband had, had a horrible sinus cold / infection and that I was getting it, the Dr. gave me allergy nose spray. So later I went to my Doctor and he ended up giving me antibiotic...... THANK GOD!!!!!!

I have asthma and it returned upon us moving to the Midwest. At 40 I know what I have and asked for a prescription for the meds I’ve used and know to help. This dr said I had to go to urgent care. Yay! Cost me a lot and wasted an entire day for them to prescribe me ....wait for it ....asthma medications. If you are gonna dr using this forum dr don’t tell people you can’t help them to Go to the er or urgent care when they can and should help.

The doctor I talked to told me to go to the doctor.

In theory, MDLive is a great idea but there is no way for a doctor to properly treat most ailments without actually seeing a patient. I was more or less told I have a virus and had to wait it out. There is no way for someone over the phone to know whether I had a virus or bacteria infection so the visit was a waste of my time and money.

Doctor could not help me!

The provider I saw seems to have formed an opinion about my complaint before i had even explained what was going on. I had to follow up the next day with another doctor who properly diagnosed my condition. She looked unprofessional as if she just rolled out of bed and didn’t seem to care what I had to say. The cost of the service even with insurance is also outrageous for the service provided. Will not use again.

I love the convenience of using MDLive, however I was mis-diagnosed again. Now I am having to spend the money again to go to my doctor to get treated and have suffered for 10 days while hoping the RX that was given to me would work.

Could get same advice from a nurse. Prescribed a medication not covered by Medicare or insurance and would've cost $2003.00 to fill the prescription. Canceled prescription. Wound up going to free clinic and got prescription for $10.00 and actually saw a real person.
