Incredibly convenient and easy - just what I needed when my child experienced an injury right before bedtime, on a school night, in the middle of a pandemic. I liked the pediatrician's bedside manner, and she eased my fear that we might need to go in to an urgent care (we didn't!). Kiddo is fine now, and I'm grateful for the service of medical care from the comfort of my own home.

Probably one of the easiest things I’ve done related to healthcare. It was quick and easy to set up and make an appointment. I got a callback from the doctor under 10 minutes, he asked me questions regarding my symptoms, we lasted less then 10 minutes on the phone. He sent a prescription to my pharmacy and everything was taken care of. The doctor was pleasant and efficient. Definitely recommend using them. If I would of used my regular doctor, I would of had to drive 30 minutes to her, wait in the waiting room for like 30 minutes then another 15 minutes once in the patient room before actually seeing my doctor. So this was a time saver for sure! And so much cheaper then going to my PCP.

I was very impressed with the Doctor I spoke with. She was very candid and helpful. I had to make a decision concerning the covid vaccine. Her feedback gave me the answers to some of my questions.,

Saved me a lot of time and discomfort. I called MDLive and minutes later I had a prescription waiting for me at my local pharmacy. I had shingles on my face and needed immediate attention, didn’t want to wait for an appointment or sit in an E.R. My only wish is that I had gotten a ten day prescription instead of a seven day. I’m not a doctor but I believe the symptoms would not have lingered as long as they did.
