I was calling to see if I could get a diagnosis of Covid and see if I needed a hydroxychloroquin and azithromyacin prescription. The doctor told me to go ahead and get tested locally. while it didn't help during the call it provided me piece of mind that i was doing the right thing.

Quick and easy phone call. Call was about my eye, was prescribed an ointment, that is not for ophthalmic use. So there is that.

Checked in for head injury after hitting the corner of my nightstand with my face. Serious black eye and swelling. My experience was good, the staff and doctor were very efficient and polite. However, there is only so much that a teledoc can do. She advised me to see my primary doctor as soon as possible, which I did. This MDLive visit gave me confidence that I SHOULD go see a doctor, but not much else.
