I only used the service to refill prescriptions and the ability of practicing doctor to only write a 30 day supply of COPD medication seemed restrictive. In addition, if a pharmacy management company requires PA (Prior authorization) from physician, these doctors do not provide that service. It was a waste of my time to set up account, set appointments, and then still have to go to see my regular doctor in addition to paying this service. Will not be using again.

I wasn’t impressed. I told him my symptoms and he was like nothing I can do. I had a severe sore throat , lots of pressure in my ears and sinuses. I felt I had a sinus infection. It was late on Friday and he was going to make me wait till Monday so I could see my regular Doctor. If I could have seen my regular Doctor, I wouldn’t have had to call him. I was leaving on a week long trip and had to fly on Sunday. I was able to persuade him to give me amoxicillin but had to really beg him for that. I personally wouldn’t use it again.

I didn’t get much out of the phone visit. The doctor was nice and seemed to care but in the end he just simply said if it persists to go see your local doctor. I guess I was hoping for a little more from my visit (ie. Rx) to help relieve my symptoms. Anyway, I’m not sure I will spend this kind of money again....I’ll probably just bite the bullet and go see my local doctor.

Dr. Did not ask very many or very thorough questions before referring me to a specialist for a sore throat and ear.

I call about three times a year with the same problem, a sinus infection, each doctor prescribes me something different when I try to tell them what works they take it personal. When all I need is a seven day prednisone pack.

The idea that I had to pay $40 for someone to tell me in less than 30 seconds that I would need to see a Doctor was not reasonable. I feel some credit should be offered if this is the only help you receive.

Was not able to help me and referred me to a clinic, but still took my copay.

The Dr. that gave me my prescription was contacted for a refill and never contacted me or the pharmacy about the refill request.
