Great professional service in user-friendly console
Wonderful service in user-friendly professional console. I had an eye infection and did not feel comfortable visiting a healthcare facility. I was able to log-in, explain my situation and submit photos, and be connected via phone or video conference (I chose video conf) within 10 minutes. The provider was professional, knowledgeable, and helped diagnose and prescribe a treatment quickly. It's pretty amazing that we have the ability to seek and receive care this easily and effectively, and I will choose this option for appropriate situations in the future.

After scheduling the appointment , I was contacted within 5 minutes. The Physician listened to my ailments, did not interrupt me nor dismiss my distress. Was caring and informative. Love using this service!!
