The doctor was great
The doctor was great. Getting the appointment was a mess. I finally had to call to get the appointment. Then I did not get the call from the doctor until 45 minutes later, after my appointment time. When I went to the pharmacy they did not get my prescriptions. I waited a bit to give it time. I finally called MDLive only to find out my prescriptions did not get sent all the way. Not sure what that means. Everything finally got taken care of and it was nice not to have to drive to the doctor. Just a bit of a hassle. I think next time should go smoother.

Lost connection about halfway through…
Lost connection about halfway through video conference. I have plenty of bandwidth with my internet connection. Of the other troubleshooting ideas available on the website, I can find none that would have caused a disconnect.

Well I tried calling several times
Well I tried calling several times, and when I got through my wait time was about 30min. then I conversed with the Dr. I tried logging in as a first time user it would not let me, the computer kept stating log in name already exist. so I just gave up. also they asked me of the place to pick up medication, I called the place they advised me of no record and no medication order. So it was a total failure.

Very quick service
Very quick service. Polite and professional but sadly the Rx issued did not resolve my issue

Really depends on whom you get
Really depends on whom you get. One doctor provided excellent, professional advice in depth. Another doctor provided basically Google searches and homeopathic solutions, some of which did not seem related to my condition.
