The doctor seemed very cold and uncaring. He barely asked me any questions and told me to go to the emergency room for CT scans and MRI. Luckily, I waited and looked up my symptoms online and realized that my problems were a result of side effects from a new medication that I was on. Stopped the medication and problem solved. Saved a fortune in emergency room fees and medical tests costs.

While the response time was quick and the overall process was easy, the prednisone that was prescribed was too low of a dosage to be effective against the poison ivy that I had. After taking the five day course prescribed, my condition was not any better. I had to go to an immediate care where the doctor there prescribed a much higher dose which ended up helping my condition. As a result, I ended up spending more as a result of using MDLive because I still had to pay for the immediate care visit as well as another course of prednisone.

apparently there is a new law that states if i had a similar infection within a certain amount of time MDLIVE isnt possible and you have to go to urgent care, doctor or an ER. But of course you don't find this out until after you've taken my money and i'm on the phone with a doctor. You have record of my last call so it should stop you right there before you go any further. HUGELY upsetting and a wast of time and money

The option of this as a service is great. It’s convenient and customer care was amazing. However, the doctor I dealt with, his bedside manner was horrific. He was the rudest doctor I have ever seen in my 40 year history.

Yes,yes Doctor online charged 35 dollars for a 10-15 chat... I was encouraged at first. Believing my managed medicine was going to be called to pharmacy, ie blood pressure, diabetic medication for 30 days supply.. that was great to hear!!! Yes, yes, wonderful NOT never happened Never heard back! Never called in medicine!! After reaching out.. nothing resolved.. That’s a great way to earn 35.00 dollars. Eh? Thank you Great reviews

Misdiagnosed and ended up in the hospital for 3 days.

Used MDlive twice for some medical issues and both were not helpful for the medical issues we had. Thankfully! We were reimbursed for one visit and given a free visit on the other. MDLive should be used for very minor health issues. More education on what MDLive can provide is needed. When a provider on the weekend can't provide an RX for a simple cough medicine after you tried everything over the counter, there going to be an issue. My wife was not drug seeking, she just needed relief.

Most of the time I have had a good experience but this last time the physician asked me what I would like him to prescribe. I felt like he should be advising me, instead I felt as if I was wasting his time.
