I knew I had a UTI. I called TelMD and they connected me to MD Live. A doctor called me right away and sent a prescription over to my pharmacy immediately and within the hour I was picking up my prescription. Everyone I talked to, from the receptionist to the doctor and others, were very caring and took care of my needs right away.

It was great. Much better than going to the ER.

Wasn't feeling well on a Friday night suspected UTI and a pending bad ice storm called in was treated respectfully and was asked a lot of back ground info. Got the prescription I needed felt better by Saturday night. Followed up with my primary on Tuesday.

My son had pink eye and I couldn't get him an appointment anywhere until the next day. A coworker reminded me about the telemedicine program through our insurance so I decided to give it a try. The entire process - filing out the online paperwork, uploading pictures, waiting for the call from the doctor, the call from the doctor, and getting the prescription phoned in - took less than an hour! Such a time savings! The doctor was very kind and thorough. I am very pleased with the entire process and will definitely use it again for minor illnesses.

The advice has been helpful

Great service, very convenient. I would definitely use them again since it is such a waste of time to go to the doctors office. Keep in mind, the service is probably best for simple issues as in, medicine refills or you’re just not sure about something.
