I have used this service twice. First time gave me meds to treat the cause..they said. I explained i had a sinus infection. No antibiotics at all were given. A week later i was in the doctors off with a raving sinus infection...got antibiots and steroids and it was gone within the week. Second time my son called with about the same thing...the intern said wow sounds like you need to go to a doctor and check it out. And charged us. Went to tge dictor with a sinus infection. Dont waste your money. Scam.

SCHEDULED an appointment for 7:30pm EST, Connected online and it stated "Waiting for Provider" Until 9:36pm EST, I chatted with customer service multiple times during this wait and they said sorry just wait for doctor and could not explain why a scheduled appointment would I be waiting this long. Chatted again and again asking what was going on and other doctors were AVAILABLE at that moment but my screen still had "waiting on provider", they ended the chat quickly! I could have drove to an urgent care clinic, waited and seen a doctor quicker than this service. I wish I had because I was already out but didn't feel well so thought this would be better so that I could go home, bad mistake. Ive been feeling so ill that I typically would be asleep at this time so to force myself to stay awake and wait on this doctor or lose my copay money was agony. FINALLY I called in at 9:36PM EST to complain once again and they found another doctor that would speak with me and stated it must have been a connection issue, why I waited over 2 hours and still no doctor. So here we started ANOTHER WAIT when I was told the doctor would be calling in very quickly, barely keeping my eyes open and head up, 10:08ESTPM NO CALL!!!!! I finally called to cancel :-(

SCAM, waited 2 hours for video doctor, called twiceand they said they are looking for a doctor in my state. someone called me, no video, spoke with me for 20 seconds and told me to get cold medicine over the counter. for all I know I was speaking to a janitor, no video, they took money out of my account before I was even done setting up the acct or see a doctor. contacted my bank and stopped payment for scam I HAVE A SINUS INFECTION. I guarantee whoever called me can't write scripts in my state and just got money, JERKS

Took my money in 5 minutes. Consult in 1/2 hr. Nice Dr., Deborah said she would call prescription right in.They were having "issues" with their prescription dept. 9 follow up calls from me last 23 hrs. best response I get is " you issue has been "accelerated" to our nurse staff" "no supervisor available".

Wait time=1 hour, 37 minutes, even though I kept refreshing the page and providers were "Available Now" (sometimes as many as three!) Called customer service--the rep couldn't explain why this was going on, so she finally pretended she couldn't hear me and said that I must have hung up--then she hung up on me!

Unacceptable. After you’ve experienced the same issue several times, you get to know your body. Fever=Presence of infection. Infection requires antibiotics. When you’ve tried every over the counter remedy and it doesn’t work, and you’ve called twice—DO SOMETHING!

1) given incorrect info for a potentially life threatening illness 2) took a call for something they don't treat and charged for it. The reason for the call was clearly stated beforehand on the referral form. 3) No means to assure MD was calling from a secure location. Anyone could overhear or listen to your conversation w/o your knowledge. Signs that might have occurred happened during the call. 4) waited 45 mins for a return call; advised it would be 5 mins 5) MD was clueless and gave impression he could care less about patient outcomes

If I could give 0 stars I would, Dr could have killed me. Complained of a cough, temperature, sore throat from cough, unable to swallow. Entire left side of my face and sinus over my eyes were clearly puffy. Reason I finally called, my Dr was out all week for holiday. Had seen primary on Oct 18, 2017. Oh Lord should have went to ER. Holiday weekend, Dr on MDlive diagnosed me with the flu called in script to lessen length and symptoms. Explained I was having difficulty breathing several times. Next day feeling even worse headed to ER and his diagnosis of the flu was in all reality Pneumonia. I had also explained to Dr I could hear wheezing, being a nurse for 20 plus years, although I am unable to diagnose it was obvious. Next time I see real Drs, end of story!!!!!
