I had been around several people that have had the flu epidemic and started experiening the same things. After explaining my situation, the doctor informed me that I needed to take Claritan D to help with my allergies and drainage. I clarified that I was not having allergies, but rather upset stomach, body aches, fever, sore throat, etc. but he refused to help me. The phone call lasted maybe about 2 minutes and the doctor was very rude and inconsiderate. Save yourself money and frustration and DO NOT USE MDLIVE!!!!!

Waste of money and time, worst customer service ever. I was told by a coworker that through work I could use MDLIVE and they would get me a antibiotic over the weekend. I was extremely sick and needed something to help kick this bad cold I had. I got a call back told the doctor over the phone what I had and she instantly went into a rant about how I was full of crap and she wouldn't give me the antibiotic. I paid to have a woman disrespect me over the phone about a bad cold I had. worst service I have even had form any place. I ended up in a walk in clinic and they gave me the antibiotics immediately. This is a waste of money and a waste of your time. If I could score MDLIVE lower I would.

Horrible customer service. No call back waited 3 hours. Had to call 3 times.

My husband had a bad call with them in December of 2017 over poison ivy, figured we would try them again for a sinus infection. After talking with a doctor and giving them the basic textbook information on symptoms for my sinus infection, the female doctor comes back and tells me I need to see a physician about “Shingles “. After debating with her I had a sinus infection not Shingles she hung up on me . Doctors visit said I had a sinus infeyction. I’m so disgusted with there services.

Spoke with someone claiming to be a "doctor". Told them my symptoms and also told them I had a sinus infection that I normally get around this time of year. The person said I should go to the emergency room. This person never consulted my medical records to determine what my past treatments were. Really!!!! This person impersonating a doctor should be fired!

Doctor was rude and not very helpful. My company switched from Teladoc to MDLive this year and it was a mistake. Teladoc is a much better plan and I highly recommend going to Teladoc or any other service. Do not waste your time or money as you will not be satisfied with this service. 1/20/2018

I called today at 2:12 and was given an automated response that i would receive a call within an hour. I called at 4:00, and was told that they should have given me a 90 minute window and that they were extremely busy. I continued to wait. I admit my phone died while I was inside (for 30 minutes), trying to see someone at the MinuteClinic, but we are talking over 5.5 hours after my initial call. I didn't even know I had missed a call. At 7:51, I received a voicemail that only said "thank you". At 8:10, I received a text that read "Your consultation has been accepted by Provider. Please stand by you will be receiving a phone call shortly". Instead of getting a consultation call, I received a call at 8:58 to reschedule since I had missed the consultation call. What? That isn't what the text said. Seeing that I had waited that long, they couldn't out of courtesy make more than one call to me? The lady who called to reschedule, was very nice and apologetic, but by this point it was useless to reschedule, as any pharmacy within 25 minutes of me was closing at 9pm. In the meantime, my sister-in-law called Teladoc a few hours after I did and had her son's prescription before I even received a call. If your insurance allows it, skip MDLIVE and use a more reliable option.

I've tried MDLive on three different occasions. The first was pleasant and helpful. The last two were horrible. The providers just really didn't seem to care. Seemed to me like they were more interested in making a quick buck. Very disappointed. I doubt I'll use the service again, even though it's free to me through my insurance.
