All is well now but I had a therapist for quite a while, she knew my story. Then she just disappeared. I couldn’t get an appointment with her so I had to start over again. I’m s call k because this therapist I have now is great snd we set up next appointments at the end of our sessions.

My experience was pleasant. The only thing I had trouble with was when the Dr. I was originally scheduled with couldn’t be there it took a half an hour for someone to notify me.

Its good but when the internet buffers it can kick you out and not allow you back in which is counter productive since you paid for it.

The physician I spoke with seemed distracted when I spoke to her about my broken arm. I had all my information ready and organised to give a brief description of my issue, but she constantly interrupted me and asked me to start over and repeat myself. If she had just listened for 20- 30 seconds, I would have been able to give her all the information she needed. I think it might have helped if she was taking notes. Eventually she just told me to go to Urgent Care, which wasn't that helpful since they were all closed and don't have x-ray facilities.

Very easy to use. I was able to talk to a doctor within 20 minutes of realizing I needed to seek medical attention. The doctor was friendly, listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. My only negative comment is that the app instructed me to wait for my provider for what seemed like a long enough time that I thought the app was not working correctly. As it turned out, I just needed to be patient!
