I called because I was blowing and cough green. I needed an antibiotic and didn’t feel comfortable going to a clinic with the corona virus threat. mine was purely bronchitis with an infection. What they called in was prednisone and an over the counter decongestant. This was not what I needed and the session was a waste of money and time. I went the next day to my doctor and got what I needed in the first place. i won’t be using this again

After going through the lengthy process of signing up and answering all the medical questions, I requested a phone appointment. I finalized everything, I thought, including payment info, and was rerouted to the beginning. I checked through everything again and finalized again. It rerouted me again to the beginning and then at the top of the screen there was a tiny red bar with an error message on it. I clicked on it and it went away but did not reroute me to the error. At that point I expected some sort of confirmation but got nothing. Nor did I receive an email. After 30 minutes, I called and they said I did not in fact have an appointment. The woman on the phone set it up for me. I then received a confirmation email but it was a page overlaying another page so I could not read it.

Convenient and friendly service. Would use again; however, prescribed med did not work!

Eventually worked out but 03/14/20 was a rough day. Tried making an appointment at 10:00 the system could not take payment. It took more than an hour to solve that problem. Finally got through and made a first available appointment at 11:18. At about 2 pm got an email that my appointment was cancelled spent. Made a new first available appointment, then called to try and get my original spot back in line and spent about 45 minutes twice on hold with customer service without ever being able to talk to a person. It's 4:30 now and I have yet to even receive the courtesy call about wait times. My son has an ear infection which is actually something they can do something about!!! The service has been okay in the past but the system is failing today!!! 03/14/20 Update: It was a very busy day and it was quite frustrating but eventually I was contacted by and advised I was being connected by video at approximately 5:00 (shortly after my review posted). The video never worked but the doctor was awesome and eventually gave me a call on the phone. She answered all my questions and was able to call in a prescription. I didn't have to take my child to the urgent Care and expose him to anything else.

The doctor seemed more interested in checking the box that he handled my case than he did about my care.

The call was good. But I tried repeatedly to send a message to the provider and got only errors. I wanted a doctors note for work and couldn’t get it as I have not been able to send a message back to the provider. Very frustrating experience.

MDLIVE should have billed ally health for my call, instead they charged me the $10.00 I have called and left two messages and they have refused to return my calls. Tammy Perkins 619 520-9869

Dr looked like he was in him house watching tv in his pajamas. My prescription was messed up and still is to present day. Not sure if it was Walgreens or the Dr.
