Waste of Time. Made an appointment at 11:00 am for 1:00 pm that day. They immediately charged my credit card. An hour later they called to cancel my appointment. They assured me the charge would be credited back to my bank. Which was a lie. The customer service rep was trying to be courteous, but she was very defensive and talked over me until I finally shut up and said "whatever". I ended up using Doctor on Demand. Got a doctor within 5 minutes.

Literally paid the fees and then explained I had pink eye and told her everyone in my house has had pink eye and been treated for it. MDLIVE made me pay the fees and then didn’t help with anything. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT USE THEM. I then went to a walk inclinc and was told I have pink eye. So I had to pay twice for what I could have been given by MDLIVE. SCAM!!!!

The app tells you that you will not be charged and there will not be a hold on you card, but there is a $42 hold on my card, dated May 3, and I was trying to see a doc on April 25. The worst part is that the two appointments started, but I got a black screen and no video from a doctor. Wasted nearly 45 minutes. Decided to us AMWell instead.

Waste of time and money. Did not get the doctor I scheduled and the Dr. that did call me was a poor listener. Three minute call and poof my money is gone and the call resulted in no benefit. All I needed was a prescription for antibiotics for a sinus infection. I have the same infection over the years that flares up once a year or so Sometimes I get by without any meds however this is one of those times were it seems to be creeping into my chest which happens occasionally. The antibiotics have worked in the past. The Dr had his mind made up that it is viral and not bacterial despite my past history.

Just know that they are rushed to answer calls and move on to the next one, they also will not give out prescriptions, I had a call about leg pain and he said there is nothing they can do and rushed off to the next call, I was on the phone with him for about 30 sec and they didnt give any advice or anything and still charged $40.

Very disappointed I had a sore throat, a small issue that I figured could easily be resolved by using MDlive and save myself the effort of going to the doctors office and save a little money. I called and explained my problem, I was told to gargle with salt water. OK, typically that would have been something I had already done, I explained this. I explained that I normally am able to treat a sore throat with simple home remedies of this nature but they were not working and I needed an antibiotic. She explained I had an upper respiratory infection and I was told that since it was only 2 days into my illness that they could not prescribe an antibiotic. I explained again that home treatments were not working but the doctor was steadfast in her refusal. I ended the call, and 5 hours later when the urgent care Dr's office opened I went in. by that time my throat had swollen closed so bad, I could barely get water down and sinus drainage was making me gag. They immediately prescribed me a round of antibiotics. I am not sure how many days in you have to be ill. before antibiotics are ordered but apparently the online Doc thinks it should be more than 2. I will not use the service again.

I needed a refill for a prescription I have taken daily for two years. I didn't want to risk going into the Dr. office with all of the flu patients, so called MDLive. For starters, I got a "Dr." that barely spoke English, then she only gave me a 10 day supply of my medication!! What a waste of money!! This service is a joke!! I will not use them again. UPDATE after their reply: I have previously received a 1 month supply if the same medication from another MDLIVE Dr., So, I don't think I was remiss in thinking I would receive a 1 month supply. If I had known differently, I wouldn't have bothered. I guess I could possibly expect to pay the regular fee and another Dr may decide to give only a 3 day supply! This is ridiculous. I stand by my review, and I will never use this service again, and have already told my co-workers not to use it.

STAY AWAY. I called last week with what I know is a sinus infection. The "DR." told me I had an upper respiratory infection and prescribed 3 medications, NONE of which was an antibiotic. I thought ok, well, I know they are trying to reduce antibiotic usage, and tried them out. I was not getting any better after 3 days, called back, and was told to schedule another consultation, pay another $ 44.00, and ASK for an antibiotic. NO THANK YOU. I just got back from visiting a doctor who informed me that I had a SINUS INFECTION as well as fluid building up on my right ear, called in an ANTIBIOTIC which is ready for me to pick up. NO WEBMD for me! ALL they did for me was TAKE MY MONEY and prescribe 3 medications that did nothing to heal the infection!
