First available “doctor” was some hippie chick in Bolder Colorado that told me to get a netty pot and some herbal tea. $48 bucks for that?! First experience and first impression not a good one!

Very bad service! I had a UTI the doctor did not help me at all told me to go to the ER. I went and I was treated for a UTI I never had one before and I will never use this service ever again!

I had to speak with a dr. twice, the first time they only sent 1/3 prescriptions to the pharmacy I had to wait at the pharmacy while they tried to get in contact with MDLIVE to see why the other 2 prescriptions never came... after waiting an hour they couldn't get a hold of them so I left with one prescription. Finally hours later someone from MDLIVE called me back to say there was an error when the DR sent the prescription in and I had to go back the next day to get the other 2. After finishing what the prescribed I was still sick. I spoke with customer service and they told me I needed to pay for a new appointment even though it was in the same week and for the same issues, so I did. I requested an appointment at 7pm and never got a phone call. I called the next day and they told me they couldn't call because of "technical difficulties" I thought the whole point of using this service was to make it easier? I really didn't feel like the doctors gave the time of day to hear what was wrong, i was on and off the phone in under 5 minutes both time, and as for the customer service - it was even worse. Next time I will make the trip to Urgent Care.

I was cut off when speaking with a doctor. I had to call customer service and they said doctor would call back. After an hour, and two calls from some department that seemed to be trying but failing to get me "into the que", I finally got to speak with another doctor. This doctor either could not understand me, I certainly could not understand her, or she just would not listen. She wanted to prescribe something totally not matching my symptoms and when I disagreed with her assessment, she actually hung up on me and then called in the prescription in as if I had agreed to it so she could get paid I suppose. I have had trouble with this service ever since we switched to it from Teledoc. I wish we would go back.

Rude and disgusting!

Waited all day for an appointment. All I got was an annoying text every hour telling me they still weren't available. Then a voice mail from a doctor asking if i was still interested in a visit. Isn't telemedicine supposed to be Fast and Convenient? I believe that's the point. I'm in California, and as everyone knows it's truly saturated here; I ended up going and waiting at an urgent care because THAT was faster. Wont try again. There are other companies whom actually service and prioritize their patients.

I have a history of bacterial sinus infections. I called at 10:00 pm to get an antibiotic sent to our 24-hour pharmacy. I spoke with Dr. Umashankar Subramaniam who was very difficult to understand, continually talked over me, and insisted that my sinus infection must be viral because I had not had it for 10 days yet (although I’ve already been suffering for 3 - guess I’ll just have to wait 7 more for proof for him!) He told me to go get some over the counter drugs. To make matters WORSE, some nurse from MD Live called me back at 11:20 PM AS I WAS TRYING TO SLEEP to tell me that she agreed with the doctor. Why was this necessary? I told her that I’m sick and trying to sleep and I’m not going to argue with this woman at almost MIDNIGHT over a call I paid $40 for to speak to a doctor for 7 minutes and get no antibiotics. I asked if she would be refunding me for the non-treatment I received and she said “I’ll send the request for the refund brought but I’m not the one that makes the decision.” I said fine and that was that. What a bizarre, unhelpful, frustrating waste of time and money.

Horrible!!!!!! Stay away. They take your money and don't even help. I called because of UTI symptoms. I had only UTI symptoms, no kidney infection symptoms, yet the doctor prescribed me nothing!!!!! He told me to go to my primary care. I went to a walk-in clinic, had to pay nearly $300 for that, which is why I was using MDLive (to avoid paying $300), only to be told I had a UTI!!!!!!!!! The walk-in clinic prescribed me an antibiotic. I sent a compliant email to MDLive, and also took their survey complaining of them stealing my money, and got no reply email back...nothing!
