I wouldn't use this service again
I wouldn't use this service again. I thought the whole point of these kind of services was to have the option to quickly speak with a doctor at a reasonable cost. I spent around 30 minutes just getting my profile set up, waited another 30 for a doctor to call, and paid $40 for the doctor to tell me to go to urgent care. I went to urgent care and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Save time and money - don't use this.
