Absolute garbage and quite frankly a very lazy, unprofessional, border line scam of an operation. Save your money and have your kid with their Doc McStuffins kit give you an exam, as it will be more accurate and precise and it doesn't cost $30.00. Called in with a sinus infection and I'm not 100% sure but I think they prescribed me with a hemorrhoid cream. These doctors (if you can call them that) are sitting around their house in their skivvies just waiting to take your call. I do however have to give the person credit (1 Star) that came up with this ideal as they are making hand over fist off of people when they are at their lowest. Never again...

I requested service today on 6/18/18 and I had nothing but issues!! Please beware of this company first the doctors are extremely rude and uncaring and did not listen to me or read the notes that it asked me to type out. I stated that I have a sore throat and nose and mucus and that I had a fever at the beginning of the cold 3 days ago and I didn't have one any longer. The first doctor said he couldn't hear me and hung up!! The second was uncaring, nonchalant and not listening to me. I can't swallow pills and stated that I needed it in liquid form and it was pills. I had to call back and again my voice hurts so bad it was frustrating to continue talking. When my husband picked it up and brought the steroids and nasal spray even though I asked for antibiotics and was told only if it was ONE day later. Within the hour my temp rose to 102 after taking it and only it. Called back and the nurse was BEYOND mean. She laughed at my husband and said that we don't know what a doctor does and that I can't just call and ask for something and was acting as if we didn't know what we needed. The doctor then said a z pack I let her know that doesn't work for me. The nurse(Angelia) went on this long rant about how she's worked in a ER and you cant just ask. Yes you can and I have while pregnant taken what I asked for and she reluctantly called the doctor back before saying that the doctor just wont change it b/c we asked and the doctor did as I asked. Then further said that we should be happy that we are getting the antibiotics when I asked for this in the first place. We wanted a refund for this poor service and was denied.Please do not use these people go with another company and doctors who actually care.

Created all this long drawn out info for family waiting to hear back from them. Great response time BUT.... Husband has had a cough turn in to an infection he gets once or twice a year! All that allergy meds do not help! If we wait it gets bad and it will go in to lungs and Pneumonia! So for 3 years our doctor has been giving him antibiotic if the Stuff is greenish yellow! It does NOT GO AWAY we’ve tried it all for years bc he’s 50 he gets it twice a year! So... Her comment: “It doesn’t fall under the category that they could prescribe anything AND HE NEEDS TO LET IT RUN ITS COURSE! If he needs an antibiotic to his doctor!” IF WE DO NOT DO ANYTHING IT IS WITH HIM FOR 3 months!!! They are a joke! Anyone knows if you have green phlegm YOU HAVE AN INFECTION TO BEGIN WITH! It’s called an upper respetory infection! They are a joke!

What a waste of money and time. Knew my daughter had a sinus infection, so I thought I would try this service that my company is always emailing me about. She called the 1st time, they spoke with her, just a "Bad cold", they said. OK, fair enough, I get it. Waited 3 days, her teeth and haw hurt and she had so much pressure in the sinus, she's had sinus infections before, so I thought for sure, this would save us a trip to the Urgent care and we could get her on antibiotics ASAP. Nope, this time severe allergies. I do not have a medical degree and I KNOW it's a sinus infection. So, after spending $80, take her to the urgent care hours later and they say OH MY, this is terrible, put her on antibiotics and nose spray. WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS SERVICE ANY LONGER, what a waste of money

Appointment was made and the scheduled physician cancelled at the time of the appointment. Within a few minutes of the scheduled time another physician called. That was a minor mishap but definitely not a big deal. Quick and easy so far. Once the call came in I was asked for the reason of my scheduled consultation by the physician. I gave a brief description and that was that. I figured I'd get at least a few questions to help diagnose the issue but was instead told to just visit a doctor's office and then "let him know how it goes and we can move on from there". Why would I get back to the MDLive physician if I have to physically visit a doctor's office for diagnosis; I'm already out $$ for this Live "consultation". I wasn't asked anything else at all. Was this pre determined that the "next customer" (me) just be told to go visit a physician? Did the physician that cancelled our appointment cause a back up and maybe made the new physician rush the consultation? I'm surprised at how quick the consultation was and how quick his solution was. My next suprise is that I got charged $ to be told to go visit a general physician without being told, given or asked any questions, solutions or explanations. Oh well, I'm sure it's a good service to use for many people, but this was my first experience using MDLive and highly likely my last. Not because I'm mad, but because it was an inconvenience and waste of time.

Do not use if there is any chance you will need lab work as you will be sent to a doctor or urgent care facility anyway. I used this when I was out of town and didn't have access to my regular physician. The doctor I spoke with was extremely condescending and basicially just told me to F off when I voiced my displeasure about having wasted $44. His reasoning was valid, but his customer manner sucked. They should refund your money if they can't help you.

They charged us and didn't tell us we could only use it three times. Now we will have to wait 30 days to get our money back but you charge before the doctor does anything?!

I had a bad sinus infection and cough and the doctor said there was nothing she could do i then went to my doctor and was given zpack, steroids and cough medicine , i spent $42 dollars for no help . Last year the md live doctor was helpful . I only get sick once a year she was referring to a book as well ,
