AWFUL experience!!! I have been waiting over FOUR hours past my appointment time for a call from the doctor. I have spoken to customer representatives three times and still no doctor call. I do not understand how this company is allowed to operate with such poor service. I will be contacting my insurance provider as well to let them know of this awful company and their abominable practices. Definitely not a company that cares about patients.

I've tried MD Live 3 times and the experience just keeps getting worse. I set up an appointment and was called mid morning by a provider. He said he would call in a prescription for an infection. Mid day I still didn't see the script pending in my pharmacy, so I called them and they said sometimes telehealth providers dump large prescription batches at once. (It took about 5 hours for the script to be called through to my pharmacy my second time I used MD Live.) I kept waiting and finally after 10 hours called MD Live to check on the status; turns out the doctor never put the prescription through. They escalated the status and I was finally able to pick up at 9:30 at night, where I was told by the pharmacist I couldn't take the medication until the morning. I called MD Live to see if I could get a refund as they had at that point delayed my care an additional day. I was told their systems sometimes don't sync with the pharmacy, and I should've called sooner if my script wasn't ready after an hour. This was never suggested on my initial phone call, and due to my previously delayed experience and the pharmacy stating telehealth dumps the batches, I assumed hassling MD Live wouldn't do much good. Blaming the customer because your system doesn't sync is extremely poor customer service. They offered a credit rather than a refund, which I will not be taking as I won't use MD Live again.

I was billed $42 to be told that the doctor couldn't help me. Couldn't even get a referral to someone who could and ended up having to go to urgent care. I will be asking for a refund

I explained to the doctor that I was having extremely bad diarrhea and he prescribed me anti nausea medication. I ended up at the hospital today where they told me to stop taking the prescription. I’m dissatisfied with the doctor but not with the service of MDlive

Didn’t help with anything. Had a major fever, cough, pressure in my head, and felt very light headed/ dizzy. All I was told was to take Tylenol. I was too dizzy to drive to an actual DR, and I’ve always been told to try using the app first before going to an actual DR to save a trip and money. I spent $30 on a co-pay to get told to take Tylenol even though i took plenty that day. Very disappointed and won’t be using the service again.

Waste of Money I was having a symptom that needed immediate evaluation. Nothing severe but most likely an ear infection. I was aggravated that I'd need to squeeze in a visit to my primary care physician's walk in clinic over my lunch break because that's all the time I had in my day. A co-worker suggested MD Live, said she'd had a similar situation recently and a prescription was called in, saved her the trip and it cost less than the out of pocket portion for a trip to the walk in clinic. So I tried it only to be told that they couldn't do anything for me by phone. However, they did collect the fee for nothing. So, now it's even less convenient because I wasted my lunch break to use MDLive AND it will cost more because I also paid MDLive for absolutely no service whatsoever. I'm actually a little disgusted by this. I have not doubt the man I spoke with is a legitimate medical doctor but it still feels like a scam to earn $35-40 because he is an M.D. and not because he provided any service.

Big waste of money nothing was done and my original appointment I waited half an hour for then it was cancelled. I got a call from someone who talked to me for a few minutes told me it was a virus and that was it.
