The fact that it took 10 hours for them to call me back and that it was 2:30am, not happy. I was then diagnosed with an upper raspatory infection and only given a pill for the cough, again not happy.

Although I head a great experience with my assigned provider, I feel it is important to note the experience I had afterward, just to keep anyone else from feeling the frustration I did. I was prescribed an antibiotic, to which a few days later I felt I may be having an adverse reaction to. I messaged my provider through the app, which it totally allowed me to do. After no reply for a reasonable amount of time, I emailed the help function to ask when I should expect a reply, to which they said doctors could not be messaged through the app. Why it allowed me to with no warning that this was the case is my issue. I would not have known he did not get the message if I had not asked. Very frustrating. There is no way to follow up with the doctors after the appointment. I realize that it is not meant to replace your regular doctor, but I firmly believe that there should be follow up available for routine issues such as a slight need reaction and need for an adjustment after the initial appointment. This is just common medical care. I would not have used the service if my regular doctor were available, which he was not for the appointment or the follow-up.

I called for advice re. some flu-like symptoms. The doctor referred me to the Wayne County Health Dept. I called and they said I should have called my personal doctor for advice.

The experience was for me mediocre. I did not appreciate the constant text alerts with unreasonable response times ( 5 seconds?) and the constant phone calls. As an individual who suffered from depression the anxiety this created was not good for my physical wellness. Also the doctor I met with seemed tired and I had to interject to provide info on previous rx I was prescribed for sinusitis in February 2020.

Call was received on time, per scheduled appointment of 10:15pm on Friday, March 20 Rx was sent electronically same evening but I did not receive any confirmation of such. Was told the next day. I called my CVS pharmacy to inquire about Rx and was told they had not received any new scripts for me. I called MD Live again and waited 1 hour and 16 minutes to speak to representative. She had the on call nurse send my Rx again to pharmacy. I did receive a text and phone call that it was done again. This was my first experience with telehealth so wasn’t the best first impression. Doctor visit was good though

The Dr. was nice but I felt like he wasn’t sure ai felt bad. I had sore throat real bad, cough constantly. Only one time a shortness of breathe. So I wasn’t better 3 or 4 days later and called back and that Dr.gave me some Arithimin antibodies, did get better but take a week. I appreciate them not charging me the second time.

This is very convenient, affordable resource for us with no Insurance, especially if you have a recurring medical issue, for me, ear infections. The one thing you have to keep in mind is this is a "one shot" appointment. If you have to change a medication or in my case continue a medication, you have to "start over" with a new appointment and a new visit charge. It would be nice to see an "established patient" charge like you would at your walk in Doctor.

Overall, this was a good service. My mobile app didn't work in regards to uploading a requested photo, so I had to switch to my laptop for the website, but that worked fine. The only other issue I had is that the site forced me to select a pharmacy from a limited list of options that did not include my pharmacy and did include pharmacies not in my insurance network (which I didn't realize until I went to pick up my prescription). The doctor scheduled in a reasonable amount of time and provided the expected level of care.
