Not satisfactory!
I had trouble using the app. It wouldn't let me schedule an appointment so I had to call. The lady I spoke with was rather hateful and seemed like she got irritated when I asked her to change my contact number. She was talking so fast and didn't give me the option to answer. So, I waited until she was done talking. Then the Dr called and I explained all the symptoms. She said it sounded like a virus and the medicine wouldn't work so she wasn't going to prescribe any. The next day my child was so pitiful I decided to take her to her pediatrician. Her fever wouldn't break even with Tylenol or ibuprofen and she had diarrhea. The pediatrician squeezed us in, he said it was a bad sinus infection and wrote a script for erythromycin (which is to treat a bacteria infection...not a virus) and she felt much better within hours of taking the medicine. Mind you, I had waited and tried to treat my child for a week before calling MDLIVE. At that point, it wasn't just a virus and she should have known that!!!
