The Dr was VERY hard to hear on the phone. It sounded like he had me on speaker phone and was talking from the other side of the room. I had a VERY sore throat, bad painfull cough, and spitting up green goo. He said I should stick to over the counter cough medicine and "let it work its way out of my system". Close to 3 weeks now and I still have a cough, although I'm feeling much better. I was hoping that since I get charged $30 for the call I should have gotten some better cough medicine than to be told to stick to what I have at home...A waste of $$ I will think twice before using this service again

Dr did not listen/provide adequate treatment despite reaching out twice w my concerns. Had to follow up w my primary Dr. for proper treatment.

My son had a sore throat, stomach ache, and headache. He has the same complaint every time he gets strep throat, which is usually once per year. I am his school nurse and I was able to visualize two puss pockets on the left tonsil as well as a fiery red throat. I was asked to take a picture of his throat which I did but it was very difficult to get a good photo and visualization with my phone. The physician I spoke to was unwilling to call in an antibiotic despite all the clinical findings based solely on one bad picture. I had to take off of work the next day to take him to a walk in clinic only to be diagnosed with strep throat with a positive strep swab. It was very frustrating to me when it is difficult to take off of work and the whole purpose of telemedicine is to prevent this very situation.

Not worth the call. I ended up buying ibuprofen over the counter

So disappointed that y’all cannot help my 4 year oils with an ear infection cost me over. 100.00 to take her in to clinic Laura Rodric

The person I spoke with was obviously not a DR more of a operator! As she was telling me to take Flonase and Advil for sinus and inner ear infection said it was just a runny nose more or less draining into my throat! That cost me a $35 copay! I think the 1 star reviews are the true reviews by what I can see the rest are just put on there for ratings maybe I just had a bad experience and disgruntled about it as I was out of town when this happened but to be changed $35 to tell me to take Flonase is ridiculous! It also seems to me that the response’s to the reviews is generic as well!

It was a waste of my time. When you feel so sick you don't want to hear someone on the line telling you to have chicken soup and garlic and honey. When you have a bacterial infection you can go from bad to worst in hours and end up with an acute case of meningitis or pneumonia. It is good for nothing.

I would give it 0 stars if I could At 4pm I setup my account made sure all my information and profile were correct and made an appointment for 7pm. I would have like to get it done then so when they prescribed something I could walk across the street and pick up the prescription. At 6:55 I connect to the video connection on my phone and wait. Nothing for 30 minutes. At 7:40 I spent about 10 minutes on the chat app on the site trying to figure out what’s going on and try to make another appointment but now it will only let me make an appointment with a pediatrician. Then waste another 10 minutes with the chat app getting that fixed. Finally get to set another appointment this one is for 9:15 the same evening. Unfortunately, the pharmacy across the street closes at 9 oh well ill pick it up in the morning on my way into work. At 9:10 I get a notification that the appointment was canceled. Worst site ever I will never use this service again and tell all of the members in my pool to never use them
