I was told that if I was on a maintenance medication they could assist with refills. On my appointment I was told one refill and then follow up with primary Doctor. I thought this was something we could use in place of missing work to go to Doctors appointments that doesn't seem to be the case.

I called in for the first time tonight. I will never call back! The doctor spoke with me less than 30 seconds and told me to hold on while he called in the prescriptions. I waited for a minute or two in silence, then the line disconnected. I had an additional health concern that was never address or mentioned by the doctor. I called back and explained what had occurred with the customer service representative, who varied my information and my symptoms. The representative mentioned the symptom/healthcare concern that was no covered by the doctor was listed for the doctors to cover in the initial visit. The representative state a nurse would review this information and the recording before giving me a call back. A nurse called, “I understand you have a concern on your services”, I told her the doctor hung up and didn’t cover all my healthcare concerns, we only spoke for seconds. She contradicted the customer service representative who stated the symptoms and concerns were documented. The nurse further stated the doctor said have a good night. This is such a lie. This should be looked into further. I will be calling my insurance company and explaining everything to them also.

The doctor did not speak great English and only recommended pain medicine for a sore throat - when there was something else going on to make it sore.

The service was timely, however I had trouble understanding the doctor and the medication that was prescribed was not helpful. I had to go to my regular doctor for something simple.

I waited all day to get a call than afterwards the dr wouldn’t prescribe a cream for mild eczema and wanted to give me steroids instead. I informed him that I had been on steroids multiple times and many other invasive medications. I told him my long history with eczema and I jus wanted to try the cream bc I never used it and hoped it might give me some comfort. At the end, he wouldn’t prescribe anything and hung up on me. I asked for a refund and was denied. This was the worst experience. He said he had to look at me to prescribe something else and I told him I could video chat but he denied doing that also. The next day I had to call out of work and go see my doctor who gave me free samples of the cream and a prescription with another drug called dupixent.

First time using this service should have stayed with St Vincent online the doctor seems like I was interrupting his weekend was not very friendly at all did not listen clearly had what appeared to be strep uploaded pictures explained that I have had a headache and a severe tonsil pain for over a week along with an ear infection ear pain he said I just don't think antibiotic is warranted now keep in mind I am also suffering with an immune disease The throat pain is unbearable at times

Doctor misdiagnosed me as having the flu. Had to go to an urgent clinic for them to diagnose correctly that I had an infection.

I was told that the doctor could help me if I was having an emotional problem basically all the doctor did was in the five minute phone call told me to call my regular family doctor I paid all that money for that waste of time and money
