I contacted them at 1:30 am,,to be told there is a high volume. Contacted them again at 3:30.It is now 7:03 am. Still waiting to talk to someone over 5 1/2 hrs later. I just need an antibiotic for strep. Guess I will have to go to urgent care when they open in a hr. Terrible service and won't waste my time again.,Will never recommend this company.

I'm not sure if MD Live is a scam or not but it sure feels like it. I set up an account online and then made an appointment for a consultation and they said they would call me in 15 minutes. I got a text confirmation and everything so I know my phone number was correct in their system. 20 minutes goes by, no phone call, and then I get an email from them saying that I missed the call and need to contact them. I called them and they claimed that they called me and could not leave a voicemail...they straight up lied because I checked my phone records and there was no call from them and my voicemail was empty. They then told me I needed to remake an appointment and pay ANOTHER copay even though they never called me in the first place. So I asked them to delete my account and they said they couldn't even do that, they could only "suspend" my account. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a real live doctor.

Morons. Took 2 hours to fill a cheap, routine prescription.

They are constantly experiencing a "higher than normal" volume of requests. Sounds like a company that has no desire to invest in their quality of care....I may update if I can ever actual GET a human response.

I called because of a gynecological issue and spoke to a doctor within 5 minutes of scheduling an appointment. I explained what was going on and he gave me a potential answer to what might be wrong with me. He told me he put a prescription in at my nearest pharmacy and I confirmed the location. I sent my husband to go get the script about an hour later and when he got to the pharmacy they told me they had no record of any script being called in. I called customer service and they were absolutely no help. I was put on hold multiple times and never got a solid answer about where my medication was. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! I could have paid $75 as my copay for my actual doctor and had a prescription called in and picked up in half the time. I will 100% never ever use this company again and if you are wise you won't use them ever again either.

$40 to tell me to take Claritin and I clearly have a fever and sinus infection. A complete joke! Save your money.

We tried for 2 hours to do a video consultation with a doctor. Both through the desktop web application, and through an IOS application. After countless attempts, two appointments were finally "scheduled," but neither actual happened. In both cases, the desktop or IOS application was unable to connect to the MDLIVE web server. We even saw a 502 web sever error. We tried to chat with the technical support, but they said nothing is wrong on their end. We did receive the appropriate text notices, and also phone calls from MDLIVE both times. But when answered, the phone call hung up from the MDLIVE end. This is the first and last time we will try to use this service.

I was requesting medication refills on my routine medication, I wasn't having any problems. There were 5 meds, all noncontrolled. The doctor stated that for the $75 I paid he could only refill 3 meds. I asked if a person called back today and paid the $75 again if they could get the other 2 meds? He said, yeah I guess they could. It appeared to me that this was a greedy company and not caring, I felt angry. That was my hard earned money. Of course, I'd never call back in to MDLIVE. By the way, they only rx a 30 day supply, not 90 days if that's important to you.
