With an obvious case of pink eye, I thought why not give this a try rather than going to my doctor’s office and be exposed to much more. Yellow discharge, swollen, and red eyes. Aproximately, one minute in I felt as if this would be a waste of time and money. I had been using warm compresses for several days with little to no relief. I was told to use warm compresses....no drops or suggestions beyond what I’d already done. Throughout that day and into the next, the itching and pain continued but now my eyelids were extremely swollen and tender to the touch. I made an appointment with my doctor who was more than shocked that drops had not been prescribed by MDLIVE. My doctor looked at my eyes and also looked with a microscope...bacterial eye infection for which he prescribed drops.

I was given no suggestions for help other than go to the emergency room. I could have saved my time and just did that anyway. It was a complete and utter waste of time and the physician spoke like he was aggravated that he had to deal with the situation first.

I was not able to fill the prescription recommended by the doctor because pharmacies around here did not have the level of dosage prescribed.

The most unprofessional, inappropriate, indecent person I have ever interacted with was my "doctor". She doesn't deserve to hold a license to practice medicine.

The dr on call really didnt listen to me. He told me I had the flu which I did not. I had a sinus infection that needed antibiotics. He gave me Tamiflu which I did not pick up. He seemed hurried like he didnt have time for me. I ended up spending a copay for no help and had to go to my regular dr anyway.

the so called doctor did not treat my sinus infection she refused to give me medication to treat my sinus infection, the end result was I had to go to a urgent care clinic to get the medication I needed for my sinus infection you need to get doctors that know how to treat patient problems, if it was not for urgent care I would have probably wound up with bronchitis or pneumonia. md live did not know how to treat my sinus infection.

The doctor never called in my prescription and when I messaged him to remind him he told me that he did his part and I needed to call customer service.

For the second time in a couple weeks, I tried to schedule a video consult with a physician in Idaho, and no physician was available. This company should not say they are "Always there" and are 24/7 when that is not true part of the time, as in my case in Idaho, At least tonight, the first customer service agent I talked to admitted that there might be a shortage of consulting physicians available for consults in Idaho in general. This is a really disappointing service. I wanted to get medical advice and no consulting physician was available this evening. Signed, Deborah Arnold
