Was mostly pleased with service. I will say however, I ended up at urgent care as I was not getting any better taking Dayquil/Nyquil at the advice of MDLIVE doctor. She did say by day 7 if not better, go to the doctor, so that's what I did. But would have been better if I could have gotten antibiotic/steroid and cough syrup 4 days sooner... that would have been 4 less days of misery for me. Within 12 hours of getting RX from urgent care I was already 90% better! Just would have appreciated being better, sooner.
