Used MDLIVE 3 times so far, 2 times it was great but last time the doctor I spoke with sucked! He was in a rush to get rid of me did not listen to what I had to say. So now I am probably going to have to go see a doctor here. Not real happy with my last MDLIVE visit.

I got worse and worse and ended up with pneumonia.. not going to use MD live again. The doctor was curt and spent 5 mins Asking questions that he did not really absorb the answers to.

Usually, MDLive is great but my most recent experience was MISERABLE. I have a history of chronic respiratory infections and had another case and knew what medications I needed but the doctor refused to prescribe me an inhaler and z pack insisting that nasal spray was all I needed. I ended up incredibly sick, having to drive an hour to a real doctor the next day which wasn’t covered my insurance and was super expensive and that doctor did finally give me the right medication. It was the most infuriating experience being told by a nurse that the doctor wouldn’t even consider issuing me the correct medication and refusing to allow me to speak with the doctor. This MDLive doctor had never seen me in real life, had no clue of my history and didn’t even care enough to hear what I had to say about my own body.

The doctor said she could not help me and I needed to go see a doctor to get checked out. It was pretty pointless.

I thought this was to help. It's included in my plan that I pay for,but the doctors act like you are bothering them. I asked for a note to be excused from work and they said no. They'll give you medication knowing you are sick, but if you need a note they tell you to go to go somewhere else.

I called in for having lady issues. I knew what I needed but wasn't able to get the medication for this problem. Instead I was given pills that only covered up systems but not make me better. I was very upset and eventually had to go to my doctor and was able to receive the care that was needed. I ended up paying for a medication I did not need and still paying for a copay and more medication. I don’t exactly recommend this service. There were a lot of factors that went in to play with my diagnosis but this was a common issue for me. Very simple fix that has now been drawn out for a month.

If this survey is asking about the Arizona Pain Clinic I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. After waiting 30 minutes I was put in a very cold waiting room for another 40 minutes and finally went back into the general waiting room for another 20 minutes before I left, unseen.
