The Doctor told me I had food poisoning but two days later I was in ER with emergency Appendectomy surgery. My appendix was bursting. Not happy with my experience calling.

Dr was very rushed on the phone when I was trying to ask questions about a return note to work told me I would return on Wednesday and ended up hanging up on me. After going back to work and finding the note online, that was not delivered to work like he said it would, it stated I should return on Thursday. Very disappointed with overall experience. Have used MDLive before and was good but not this time.

I wasted $40 for 1 minute. The person said I needed to see a doctor in person. I wish they would have some sort of screening process to tell people, "we only help for these situations"

Complete waste of time. Physician said I needed to chew gum to relieve my ear infection. Claimed I didn’t have an infection. Just let an urgent care facility this morning with 4 prescriptions due to a bad ear and sinus infection. Will never waste my time with MD Live again. Dr B would not listen to a word I said. Very rude and unprofessional, when I tried to explain he just hung up the phone. Again, a complete waste of time. Completely useless.

Horrible first experience. Waited over an hour to be seen through a video conference...received a call, was told to hang up and wait for the video to begin. Nothing happened. Called the company back, they put us back "in line", waited another 45 minutes and then told that we missed our video call. Total waste of time and received no care for our daughter.

was a waist of 40.00 told me i had a cold after i told her about the metallic taste when i cough. Also the brown stuff I was sneezing had to go to a real doctor got a antibiotic and was gone in a few days. Told all fellow workers not to use it its a scam and waist of money

I contacted MDLive for very sore throat, dry and hurt to swallow. My husband had the same thing and passed it along to me. He called MDLive a week prior and was given a prescription to take care of his. It cleared him right up. When I called they instructed me to simply buy some cough drops and if I wanted a prescription they suggested I go in to a real office with another doctor.
