Provider was rude and grumpy. Didn't even look at my daughter's injury on the camera and had to go look at something to see what the "protocol" was for her injury. When I had a question, she just insisted that this was protocol and that's it. Didn't even greet us, just started with a "who am I speaking to". Looked like she just rolled out of bed. I don't think I'll use this again. Very unhelpful. I had to call another doctor to get a more professional opinion that I felt was useful.

I wanted something for my sinus infection instead I was given an allergy pill. I would rather go to my doctor than do this again!!

No way... doctor with no communication skills, who is unable to prescribe anything ????? I explained I’d lost my father and was a single mother and she replied well that sounds like a mess.

The medical personnel i spoke with about my symptoms did not seem concerned about my illness. I ended up going to an urgent care that evening. I had ear infections, bronchitis and sinus infection. I understand this service is not exactly like a doctor visit however, I felt dismissed and wasted my time.

The doctor was very condescending did nothing to help me!

After talking with 3 different doctors 3 different times who all gave me different medicines for my sypmtons not one gave me an antibiotic. I got progressively worse and had to go to my primary care who immediately prescribes antibiotics for my chest and ear infection. Because I went so long without antibiotics my ears are both so infected that I had to see a specialist as I still cannot hear from the infection and am still on medication. How could 3 doctor calls not know that I needed and antibiotic. Seems like they just kept treating me one symptom at a time. They gave me drops for the ear pain but no Antibiotics !!!! I will not rely on md live again.

Not a 24/7 service. The advertised wait time was 0 minutes to speak to a doctor. After I went through the initial set up, made an appointment, I was told I would have a call back within an hour. At 45 minutes I got a recorded message apologizing for the delay. Minutes later I received a call from a person telling me that no one was available. I could keep my appointment (but it would be 3 hours) or cancel. I cancelled and went to another online service, had great customer service, much smoother registration, and the whole process took less than a half hour. Save your money and time and use another service.
