Worthless! My son had a cold which turned into a pretty bad cough over the weekend. So Sunday afternoon thought I'd try telemedicine to avoid taking time off work only for them to tell me I have to see a doctor in person. Then still charge the $75.

Unprofessional. I have been hanged up at least three times by supposedly the Doctor(?) on a weekend call. Will not use it again.

The doctor never called me. Then when I requested for another doctor to call me back he did not listen and comprehend of what I was informing him and to top it all off he never sent over my prescription!!!
