Yes it was quick, but it was not affordable. The doctor I spoke with did not prescibe me a strong and long enough dose of antibiotics. So the sinus infection that I had did not clear up, it only became worse. I then had to go in person to an urgent care doctor. I did not save any money. Instead I ended up spending more money than if I had just gone to an in-person doctor from the start.

It was a total waste of my money. The doctor wasn’t helpful at all! I stay on the phone with him for all of five minutes for him to tell me to go to my doctor.

Doctors really need to listen to their patients more. Like, when I say I have a sinus infection, yellow brown mucus, and a bad taste, it's probably a sinus infection. I was told by the doctor, "This doesn't sound like a sinus infection to me". After my 7 days of amoxycillin and steroids, it get's worse. So, I go to Urgent Care... guess what? SINUS INFECTION. They prescribed 10 days of doxycycline hyclate and another round of steroids. Just doing something because I "might" be immunocompromised isn't always the best thing to do. Listen to your patients. They typically know their bodies.... at least older patients

She basically asked me two questions and told me to go into urgent care and get a million tests that I think would be unnecessary and expensive. I wish I could get a refund for my 25 dollars. It was a 3 minute phone call...

Consulted for abdominal pain and was told that it could be heart related and to go to the ER. I made them aware of fever/chills and nausea and was still told it could be the heart. I believe it was the easy way out and they could've ordered a antibiotic due to fever/chills. Was also told since they couldn't do a physical assessment they could not be sure what it was. So they would be able to tell if it was my heart with a physical assessment with no EKG or lab work? This is the first and only time that I will use this service. Very disappointed.

called two different times for minor questions for my kids, was referred to their pediatrician without even assisting at all... NEVER using this service again. Waste of time and money.

Was of no use. Dr couldn’t help even though I outlined the issue before hand. Was on the phone for 10 seconds to be told she couldn’t help and was charged $44.

Complete waste of time. This is supposed to save time. I had to call back to make sure prescription was sent. Then after waiting in line at pharmacy I am told this is otc medicine go get off shelf. This was the next day since call was last night. I bet MDLIVE responds to this saying to call them. I was just on phone, said we will note your record. Yeah right. $44 for nothing. DO NOT USE. I am sure Teladoc or Amwell are better.
