For a company that is supposed to be convenient, they are the worst! I scheduled an immediate appointment that was supposed to 15mins, guess what? Was told it would take 30 mins, after i waited 45 mins. An hour later, I get a call saying the MD is busy and I wont get a call until the morning. Wh as t in the hell? Schedule an appointment with a doctors office, you'll get in sooner.

Horrible!!! Had I known I would do a visit just to be prescribed meds that take weeks to work....then wants me to follow up only 2 weeks after taking them to be charged again....way to take my money! Only prescribed 15 days worth of meds.....

Horrible service. The customer service chat window closes after only 2-3 minutes. I literally had to reopen it 10 times. In addition, they had a glitch on their site that would not let me confirm an appointment with their provider. Also, they accidentally charged me the whole amount for an appointment rather than a copay, stating that my account wasn't set up to incorporate my insurance (which had already been working for 3+ prior appointments) and they made me spend 30 minutes setting up a new account which they ultimately realized didn't need to be done. Terrible technical glitches and customer service

They made me wait FIVE HOURS when they said it should be under 15 minutes. They didn’t tell me until an hour of waiting that it’ll be four more hours. Awesome!!! Don’t waste the $75, they prescribed me with Claritin and an inhaler for asthma when I don’t have asthma. The woman helping me didn’t seem to listen to a word I was saying either. She kept telling me to get rid of all the scents in my room? I told her I don’t have any. She kept saying she hopes my throat and other things feel better when I told her that those things weren’t problems??!! Thanks for not helping whatsoever and taking $75 out of my bank account! Go to an actual doctor or minute clinic to receive accurate help! Don’t waste your money!

Not satisfied at all. Doctor Jennifer Bepko made no sense. My daughter was diagnosed with strep throat a week ago and given antibiotics. Her fever has persisted at 103 for the last 6 days so I decided to give mdlive a try. She told me since my daughter wasn’t swabbed for strep then they only assumed she had it and since the ABX weren’t working she probably didn’t have it because strep isn’t ABX resistant even though there have been recent cases in which amoxicillin has not worked for strep. Then I told her my son was taken in yesterday and also diagnosed with it. So she contradicted herself by saying that she probably does have it but the ABX wouldn’t kill the bacteria for it only prevent it from going into her blood stream??? What??? Then she suggested my TWO year old gargle salt water. What two year old knows how to gargle? WASTE OF MONEY.

Was denied services because only 5 doctors that accept IEHP would not be available until the following morning at around 9 A.M. in this case I could call my primary care physician. So I asked if they accepted Anthem Blue Cross (since I have this PPO plan through my employment). She stated that the doctors that are paid to do the services are not available to assist me. So I will be calling Anthem Blue Crosses helpline.

At first I liked MD Live for myself however things have changed. Dr. Anjali Ohri had a very poor bedside manner when she "saw" my daughter. She kept rolling her eyes because I questioned one of her assertions. She was condensending in her tone and kept contradicting herself. For the aforesaid reasons, I will no longer use this company. I will also be making a formal complaint on this physician. Update: my daughter did have to have antibiotics. Good thing I took her to a real doctor who cared!!!!

I was chastised and hung up on this evening. Won't be using this service again.
