My Dr visit was great
My Dr visit was great, but I was overcharged. Per Cigna, My portion is $25, MDLive charged me $55. Cigna has since paid you $30 so I am due a $30 refund.

For a second time only in my life
For a second time only in my life, I was pretty satisfied with the service and not having to physically go in the office and got Rx that has helped.

The doctor was very
The doctor was very, very good and personable. He intervention was within 5 minutes that i received a call from the doctor. I’ve recovered about 90% but sure I will be fine.

No issues with the process
No issues with the process, rather than I did not realize I had to go through my patient portal to avoid paying $82.00

Shingles Treatment
The first doctor I was connected to declined to assist me. I'm not sure why. It was clear that my problem was shingles but she said the marks didn't look like it to her, from the pictures. It is hard to get a good pic of your own back but I tried! I wanted to get some acyclovir started as soon as I realized what I had because you need to start it within 72 hours of onset. Anyway, the next doctor was very helpful and got me a prescription. My shingles never advanced beyond 5 pox marks and most of the pain has gone, 3 weeks later. Without the acyclovir, it may have been worse. I'm very grateful for her good attitude and the prescription.
