My pharmacy has been waiting for the Dr to call in a verification for insurance so they can fill the prescription for weeks now. Still don’t have the prescription I desperately need.

Doctor could not help diagnose step throat, I had experienced it before, knew what it was. Ended up going to a CVS Pharmacy, and paying again to be diagnosed with Strep Throat. Was charged and nothing done through MDLive.

Called because of foot pain that I thought might be a rash and was told I need to go the podiatrist. Turns out they coded me as a callous which is not covered under my insurance plan for Mdlive. Contacted MDLive in regards to the diagnosis and was told someone would be calling me back in 24 hrs. That was two weeks ago and still no return phone call.

Spoke with someone gave symptoms and was given a prescription for nausea which I was not nauseous. A week later, I was diagnosed with pneumonia. I will never use this again. Places like this need to listen to patients and not think that they just want antibiotics to abuse them. People know their bodies better than them.

I done with MDLIVE. Misdiagnosed every time. This latest one resulted in me having to go into the hospital and get diagnosed with tonsillitis, after I was told by you geniuses that it was “not quite strep”. You all need to be shut down.

Was told that I could not get a prescription. Just a waste of copay. Was never advised before I paid that I would there’s a chance I’d have to see a physician.
