I will probably never use this service again! The dr wouldn’t listen to anything I said in order to get an accurate account of the situation and to understand that I had already tried what he was suggesting. And, I could barely understand the dr because of his thick accent and a bad connection. I ended up going to see a dr in person, and it was exactly as I figured it would be. They took one look and listened to what I had to say and agreed with me that if he would have taken the time, he would have been able to diagnose correctly. I think the dr on the call was just doing it for the money and didn’t care. I wonder if he was even qualified!

Have used MD live in the past and was satisfied this last event was not satisfactory. Apparently wasn’t fortunate to get the right doctor and was a waste of $10 and I will not get back and go to the clinic the next day to be treated with what I had asked the md live doctor for.

I like the convenience but was disappointed with the results of my visit. I spoke with a doctor concerning my skin condition and shared what prescriptions had been used previously to treat it. She was to call the pharmacy to fill the prescription. That was the last I heard. When I checked with the pharmacy several days later, they said the prescription was no longer available and they had put in a call with the doctor but had not heard from. I called the help line myself and explained the situation. The associate who took my call said she would forward the information. I HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE.

I didn’t receive help from you guys. I knew I needed to see a doctor or go to the emergency room when I reached out to you guys however I thought reaching out to you guys was going to be alternative help such a one of your nurses coming to my house to check me out. Maybe I have the wrong understanding of what this team does.

Non caring no help. Only suggestion was go to emergency room when it was not needed!

I don't say they are untrustworthy, but since they can do nothing but give you very general advice. . . they cannot order bloodwork, prescribe medications, etc, and the Dr knew LESS about tick bites, even though I made it clear that was what I was asking about. . . I found WAY more information on the CDC website and thought it was ridiculous to talk to someone with NO knowledge of tick bites when I had listed it as the reason for the call. I complained and my money was refunded, but clearly, a trip to the local urgent call center is about the same price with much more informed staff.
