WASTE OF TIME AND NO CARE. Scheduled an appointment and the provider didn't show up after 15 minutes. I called customer service and they confirmed I had the correct time and that the provider had logged in an hour earlier and marked me as a no show. We are in different time zones however they confirmed that the time listed in my zone was correct. I arranged my entire day for this appointment, including childcare, and they were unable to reschedule within a timely matter. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME.

Didn't send the perscription in until I message them 4 hours later. Saying no perscription had been sent yet.

The doctors resist giving me any medicaiton to make me feel better. I am not asking for narcotics. I went to an Urgent care after your doctor refused to give me any medication to make me feel better and after they looked at me they said you need steroids and anti-biotics which are the very medications your doctor refused to prescribe me. Your service is a wast of time and money.

Don’t waste your time or money. They are unable to prescribe anabiotic’s. I clearly had bronchitis. They could only give me steroids. After six days on steroids I was much worse and ended up having to go the doctor because I not only had bronchitis but I also developed a sinus infection and an ear infection! I became extremely sick and missed over two weeks of work.

TERRIBLE !!!!!

I called MDLIVE before our vacation Because I felt terrible the day we were leaving. I was told that it was possible allergies or viral, it ended up being pneumonia. Ruined our entire vacation.

used several times and issues only solved 1 time out of maybe 5. One call I knew what the issue was as its happened many times, but doc wouldn't give me the meds I needed. most times we still needed to seek expensive doc visits to get issue resolved.

I am not sure what use this service is they can't even order tests. May be worth for things for Fever and Cold but nothing else. Waste of money
