We use MDLive when we can't get to the doctor. It seems symptoms of ear infections, UTIs, poison ivy, etc., show themselves in the evening after local clinics close, or on weekends where getting a regular doctor's appointment would be difficult. MDLive has been there for us on numerous occasions, with a doctor who is licensed in our state, providing excellent, comprehensive care. If a prescription is required, it is called in to our local pharmacy, and treatment can begin immediately. We are so thankful we have access to this service!

MD LIVE is a total BLESSING. This saves time from having to ask to leave work or the hassle of coming in late. The Dr. was compassionate and caring. Will definitely continue using. THANK YOU

It is easy to book an appointment and the doctors are usually right on time. I would recommend MD Live to anyone needing medical or mental health appointments. I’ve liked all the doctors I have dealt with.

A Monday holiday meant either waiting on or going into the ED to get some relief from my poison ivy. I was able to log on, register and send pictures in around 15 mins. Ten minutes later I had my phone consultation with a doctor who wanted my opinion as much as just giving advice. Together we decided on a treatment protocol, the script was sent to my pharmacy and I picked it up an hour later. Totally recommend this service to anyone.

I was having trouble with my eye swelling and having pain. My wife being a nurse said to call MDLive at first like a man I will ride it out. But of course, she called. Got the pre-check service gave all prelim info she asks for a picture. I thought about how I would send a picture since we called a landline phone. Within minutes I had a text asking for a picture of my eye with instructions. We were told they were busy and a doctor would reach out to me within the hour. I was in contact within 30 min I had a call coming in from a Doctor. We talked and he accesses my issue and prescribed medication. it has been 4 days and the issue is resolved. This was far better than trying to schedule a doctor's appointment or going to urgent care with a wait. It was 3 am in the morning and I did not have to leave home I love it!
