Good idea, poor execution
Waited online forever and selected a call back. Never received a call back. Also, had a previous consultation with a dr who said to call her if I had questions and I have no way to call her. Poor setup.

This doctor gave conflicting…
This doctor gave conflicting information from the previous doctor saying anti-biotics would not work. She implored me to go to a doc in the box in the midst of the COVID 19 situation for a minor infection in my finger. Not asking if me or anyone in my household might be highly susceptible to infection. 3 days later, it appears the infection is clearing up on it's own.

They weren’t a big help!
They weren’t a big help. The wait to talk to a doctor was longer than the conversation with the doctor. Prescribed a medication I really needed which was not covered by my insurance. When I asked if the medication could be changed to a generic or another dosage they said no. Original medication prescribed to me cost $1,048.00. Unreal!

APP nearly wrecks experience
The poor review is based on app performance. I couldn’t navigate to an appointment using the app. I needed to make TWO PHONE calls for help to get in line for an appointment. Once the appointment was made I had two phone calls disconnected. These were the calls to connect me with a doctor. After those disconnections, I was re-placed in a queue for a call. Eventually that third call came and I was connected. Once connected to a doctor, I received excellent care and was very satisfied. The app was the trouble here. NOT the service.

Need a refill
This is an okay service. But when I tried to Get a refill they wanted me to pay to talk to a doctor again. I think that I should have been able to receive a one time refill. That is how all the doctors have done it In these cases. I'm not working, so money is tight. I had the pharmacist try and call they spent time to help. This is sad I would have to spend more money disappointed!

I was diagnosed with acute laryngitis…
I was diagnosed with acute laryngitis and prescribed steroids. Within 2 days I went to the doctors to find I had a severe upper respiratory infection and was put on antibiotics. At the time I called I stated that I was coughing up greenish yellow phlegm but still ended up with a steroid. I needed an antibiotic and had I physically seen someone I would have been diagnosed properly and given the proper drugs to get better sooner. I would think twice before using this service again.

waste of money
Slight confusion setting up (it didn’t mention needing to add 01 to my insurance subscriber Id and just rejected it over and over). But after that I was able to request a doctor call, and within 15 minutes a doctor called me. I have had a fever of 100.5-101 for four days, had developed an earache overnight, mucus coming out of my eyes, hacking and coughing. The doctor told me to take an expectorant (which id already been taking). Now I’m vomiting as well so I’m going to go try the local urgent care. Wasted $45.
