Using MDLive has been a real relief- I was having a really difficult time finding a provider who took my insurance in my area that had appointments within ~3 months, and with MDLive I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The customer service line was also super nice and helpful with figuring out an insurance/pharmacy issue (and it was an actual person who helped me and I wasn't on hold for an hour Haha).

I don’t know I’d be without this service. I don’t want to think about it, honestly.

I had bronchitis during the below freezing weather in Texas. We could not get in to see a doctor and all the clinics were closed. My son showed me how to use MDLIVE and within minutes I was able to speak with a doctor on my cell phone. He called in a prescription to the one pharmacy that was open, and we were able to get there to pick up the antibiotics. Without the medicine, I'm sure I would have gotten worse. I'm so thankful we could get help during the ice/snow storm that stopped so many services in Texas.
