Colossal waste of time and money. It took 3 hours to interact with a terrible doctor who was condescending and unwilling to listen to what I had to say about my own body. I called in for a sinus cold which had obviously (due to my symptoms) turned into a secondary bacterial infection. The physician was convinced I may have pneumonia. They claim to treat for colds, flu, sinus issues, etc. yet were unwilling to call me in a prescription and let me follow up with my primary if needed. What a waste of time and energy. Telemedicine is a joke. If you can’t listen and won’t prescribe, why do you even exist?

Rushed off the phone with no help for infection in around 2 minutes. Complained and they refunded the 45 dollars only to rebill me for the amount 9 months later and refused to waive the charge. Incompetent and a complete waste of time.

Didn't help at all! I called in on a Sunday morning because of congestion, cough and sore throat. The doctor prescribed only some cough pills. That didn't help at all! I felt horrible Sunday night and coughed all night long. My husband ended up going to a 24 hour CVS at 12:00 a.m. to buy liquid cough medicine. Monday he drove me to an urgent care. She gave me a steroid shot and prescribed medicine. She recommended for congestion Zyrtec DM which I bought. I realize when we are sick we don't want to leave the house because you don't feel or look human. I guess give it a try since it is an employee benefit. Once I got back to work and people were asking how I felt, I told them fine but don't count on this service! Better off the urgent care. We all are fortunate to have a very good doctor at one of our urgent care centers!

I get sinus infections a few times a year. And this is the second time I have call and received dr nunyez who both times has said it’s viral stay hydrated and get rest. Last time went to my primary care doctor to get antibiotics. Guess I’ll do the same this time

Process to speak with a doctor wasn't so bad, but paying to be told "get some rest" by phone was kind of a waste. Will never use MD Live again. They are especially bad because they will cheat you on costs - I was told my appointment would be $20 and paid $20 at the time. Got a receipt, claims form, etc. and it all said $20 billed and paid! Then almost a year later they get in touch with me and tell me I owe more money but can't provide any explanation other than that I can ask my insurance. Last I checked the person demanding payment has to show evidence of services provided, not my insurance!

Horrible wait time of 1 hour and 30 minutes. The doctor would not allow me to finish explaining my symptoms as she kept interrupting. Due to chronic sinus infections and my doctor being closed for the holiday, I thought it would be easy getting a prescription for an antibiotic. I wasted my time and money as she said I just had a cold. I know exactly how to treat a cold, and would have not wasted my time and money if it was just a virus. I know myself, and when I say this is how my chronic sinus BACTERIAL infections start, you should listen.

Absolutely horrible experience. Will never use again. I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life.

I have a sinus infection. I have had hundreds over my lifetime. I am prone to them. I had been suffering with this for over a week and was getting worse. I was told by the doctor to continue doing what I had already been doing for a week that was not helping. Vicks in a vaporizer, netty pot, etc. What am I 12??? Now I still have to waste more time going to urgent care to get what I should have gotten from them. Service sucks
