I know that this service is not the same as visiting a doctor in person but to make a long story short, I had to go to the urgent care facility to get antibiotics to treat my condition. I used the service twice because the first doctor mentioned that my condition was viral. After a couple of days, I used the service again and was told the same thing and no antibiotics were necessary. I have already cancelled my subscription for 2020 through my employer. Absolutely horrible condescending doctors that didn’t really want to hear me out when I was explaining my symptoms. Good Riddance!!!!

1) I could not understand the Dr. Next time I will ask for someone who can speak English. 2) In what little communication there was it was obvious the Dr. wasn't listening to what I was telling him. 3) I took the meds he prescribed but they were not effective. Very frustrating experience - my first with MDLive.

The Doctor did not listen to what I was saying. He obviously did not read my history or medication list. He said I had a virus and to “wait it out.” I had to go to the urgent care, where I was diagnosed with sinus infection and ear infection. The idea was that I wouldn’t have to take off to go a doctor. Thanks for nothing.

I was told I would receive a refund since I needed an MRI, AndThe option was given for me to choose prior to speaking to a doctor. They called, apologized and stated a refund would be given but it never was. Disappointing

I called with what was clearly strep throat. The dr. who called me back prescribed Bactrim. After several days of NOT getting better, I googled and learned that Bactrim is specifically should NOT be prescribed for strep. I tried to contact MDlive to get help with this but got no response. I ended up back in Urgent Care with even worse strep throat. I'm now on my third antibiotic because the strep was inadequately treated with Bactrim. No other dr. I've spoken to can believe that someone prescribed Bactrim for strep.

The doctors are rude and they order the most expensive prescriptions

Last experience was not helpful at all . I know my childs medical history with ear infections called to see if can get him an antibiotic to treat it . To avoid a hospital bill of 300.00 and a physician bill on top of that . But they couldn't do anything for him . Was a Friday night doctors closed ready care closed . Nothing to do but take him to er. Thanks for nothing so saving money for treatment until can get him to his doctor's on monday just didn't happen. Thanks for wasting my time on the phone to be able to treat my son.... and a bill that could have been avoided Welcome to medical business its all about the money not about your health.....

Terrible doctor, ended up having to go to pcp who was shocked at the antibiotic prescribed as it wouldn’t have helped a common condition. Got to pay the pcp office visit after paying for this bad medical care. Will not use again.
