Same HORRIBLE experience as many others…
Same HORRIBLE experience as many others on here. 1st off chose this as an option via my company's portal insurance provider instead of going to urgent care - Scheduled yesterday around 3 pm - waited in queue for about 2 hours - received numerous texts and calls giving status update about a "doctor will be with me soon" - Replied back to text message about still willing to wait - then got a notification that I missed my appointment while my phone in had off silent. This happened up through today - now 5:32 pm next day (repeated same process about 4 times) - last call the rep stated "Oh no this has never happened to any of our customers before we have almost a 5 star rating - it must be your phone. You must have private numbers blocked." Uggggh and no I have no such parameter checked on my iPhone; I am receiving your text messages and status update calls just fine as well as other phone calls throughout the day from clients and family members - "Oh, that is the problem, we've had issues with this before from other iPhone users. Really, You just said this has never happened before. Well, I can get a supervisor on the phone for you. Ok, that will be fine - What time do you want he or she to call you back - LOL Classic!!!! Please, do not charge my card the doctor's visit or cancellation fee, because this is NOT my fault...#Caveat emptor
