My friend uses this same app. She suggested that I use this to hold me over until I could get into a doctor. We had very similar issues. I pay the $25 only for the doctor to say they don't prescribe new Rx. Complete waste of my time and money. Then I get emails begging me to review. Now I've reviewed. Will never use this "service" again.

Waited over 10 hours for consult. Had 2 scheduled consults canceled. Doctor called me at 1030pm. Pharmacy was closed at that point. Very disappointed!!!

Horrible experience. I was mis-diagnosed and had to wait over 3 hours the first time. I called back this time and finally cancelled over 4 hours later and they will charge you even if you aren't provided a service.

I waited 6 hours without being put in touch with a doctor. I decided to go to urgent care instead. I will never use this service again.

Absolutely a waste of time. Had problems signing up with their app. After an hour of figuring that out, I was finally able to make an appointment. Then about 45 minutes later I took a look and it was cancelled. I made another appointment, and after an hour or so it called me and said that the wait was going to be longer than normal AND if I want to wait it would convert my virtual visit from a video to telephone appointment. Reluctantly, I agreed. Now about 2 hours later I'm still waiting. I called customer service and they basically told me 'lots of people are sick and don't want to go to the doctor so its going to be a while'. I used to have TeleDoc and the contrast between these two services are night and day. Don't waste your time and just go to a quick/urgent care instead of using this joke of a service. Even customer service is a joke. Avoid at all costs!!!

MD Live is a joke. I had to wait two hours twice for someone to tell me I had to take my child in to the doctor because they wouldn’t help me. So now I’ve lost income for missing work, had to pay the doctor and have subjected myself to the flu and who knows what else was in the doctors office. Save your self some time and money and see a real doctor. Not ones that get their license from a Cracker Jack box. I’m a better doctor than they are.

Waited an hour and a half just to receive a phone call from a robot saying that "we couldn't connect the call". Then they took us off the waiting list and wiped the appointment request. Waste of time.

After a very long wait and a $50 copay I was connected with a Dr. and told I had a sinus infection (which I already knew because I get a few a year) and the Dr was going to prescribe me amoxicillin. I said because of my asthma, amoxicillin has never worked for me and I always have to be prescribed augmentin. I was then told that they can only prescribe amoxicillin. I told him thank you for no help and went to see my Dr... where I paid another copay to get what I needed to get well. It was supposed to save me time and completely wasted my time. Now almost a year later I am getting notified that I have an unpaid balance. I would never recommend this service - it is awful. I would also reiterate what others have said- the Dr’s are missing any compassion and don’t ask many question to help.
