It would’ve been 5 stars except for notifications regarding billing errors with my insurance which both my insurance company and you guys insure me isn’t a problem hopefully it’ll be fixed soon! The Dr however was great as was the response time!!!

This was my first telehealth experience. +No tech issues to report - the doctor was easy to hear and the feed was good +Phone call and email reminders +Clinician was easy to communicate with - though, the process and experience seem a bit informal--likely due to meeting via teleconference. +Website easy to navigate, user-friendly +Time saved from having to commute +Flexible appointment dates/times: will vary according to specialty and available pool of physicians The software, however, reports the appointment time in EDT. I live in a CST and, incidentally, missed my first appointment. A banner on the client's appointment page or another clear indicator would have been especially helpful. I am glad I tried MDLIVE, will recommend, and use this service again in the future.

A bit tedious to use and it’s almost more intimidating/feels less helpful to get a phone call/face time for $50 so they can tell you what you Googled earlier that week and then say “well if it doesn’t get any better go see a doctor in person”. Doctors are super nice though and I understand they’re doing their best.

Usually works fine but on my previous experience before my last we weren't getting audio (both sides) so we stopped the video and my doctor called me instead. This was when I was using MDLive on my phone.
