Everything with the appointment went well. Problem is that, only 2 providers for the service I need. One is gong on leave of absence, other already had too many patients. Not enough options for my state.

My first experience with them was excellent this follow up not so much. After taking the antibiotics for the 5 days, I am 99% better, but since I was going out of town I wanted to be 100%. I called to get a refill but a different doctor would not refill it, wanted me to take the over the counter test etc. etc. When I told my sister about them not refilling the prescription, she reminded me that for the first two days, I had yogurt, cottage cheese & other cheeses. When you take antibiotics with dairy it cancels out the antibiotic. She suggested I call back & tell them to see if they would extend the script. I did & after several hours, I finally got a phone call from a nurse saying she was told the meds did not help. Wrong. She went on & on & when I got no where with her I finally thanked her & hung up, Needless to say, I am not pleased that I couldn't even talk to the doctor. Through all these different people, one to write down what I said, another to deliver it to the doctor & finally the nurse, things go mixed up, which I knew would happen.

Although he was timely & nice enough which I appreciated, I didn’t feel like the doctor really asked enough questions nor did he even state whether or not he’d looked at the photos I had sent (he didn’t reference them).

I need help because I always get stuck where it says to import medicine kit, which I do not have nor do I know how to find it/use it? Then I can’t finish confirming my appointment

I had to call back a few hours later once I called the pharmacy and they said my prescription was not ready! And my physical had not yet completed my notes!

Doctor not very friendly. Kept interrupting me. Didn’t seem interested in what I was saying. Said she’d call in two prescriptions but they never got to my pharmacy unfortunately. Called today to see if this could be corrected.

My ear infection is still bad. It’s the fourth day on the antibiotic and no better. Last night I slept well for four hours without pain, but the pain returned even after I took my first dosage of the day.

While I appreciate the option of MDLive, I feel it was super limited with my situation of trigger thumb & tennis elbow combined with the fact that video was not an option. I was told to rest my left hand & right arm.(nearly impossible for me). That was it. I was looking for helpful stretches or Physical Therapy. Anyways, I think MDLive is a great option for many situations.
