I had the flu. I wanted prescription to Tamiflu. Even though I met all qualifications, I still had to go to my doctor and was charged by MDLIVE. Waste of time.

I have tried this company twice. Once for a cough- after charging me they said they could not treat me that I needed to go see a doctor, and again just needing two prescriptions for NON controlled substances for 5 days as I extended my vacation and they could not do that either. A complete waste of time (filling everything out and trying to get their website to work as it kept coming up with an error- and then finally had to call) I am not sure what they CAN do. Don't waster your time or your money.

MD Live is INEPT! When you finally reach customer service they can't help to remove me from their email list that sends messages twice each week. MD Live does not work with United Healthcare, my new insurance. However, they CANNOT remove me or provide me with NO option to UNSUBSCRIBE. MD Live customer service was not helpful while I was a patient and this has caused me to share my HORRIBLE and waste of time experience with MD Live. Run away!

Not really sure why BCBS has this as a service. This is a waste of time and money. PCP dropped insurance so due to 3 months of waiting for NP appt with new PCP son got sick and decided to do a MD Live visit after having it for 1 week at least and getting worse. The "doctor" I know it is not an infection and you don't need antibiotics. All of this through a phone call right. Deep chest cough and congestion and throat pustules with sore throat. Given Naproxen and inhaler. Thanks for making him get worse because you refuse to be a real doctor and prescribe antibiotics when there is an actual infection, and you are incompetent. Spend more money and go to minute clinic. In the end, you will have to anyways.

This is the second time I've been there. The doctor I had from the islands was nasty. I have no idea she sat there instead of having a conversation with me she was extremely condescending and spoke down to me. The first experience was a different doctor who didn't listen to me either. I would not recommend this place. If you have a choice of companies to go to do t use this one. The ladies who did the triage were great but the doctors suck. They don't have any xray machines either. They are there to collect a check only and could care less about the customer. Don't waste your time they suck so bad.

Had membership 2 months. Two weeks ago new prescriptions were sent in and still have not shipped. Life MD portal takes week to respond, no answer on email. told me 4 days ago they would expedite my prescriptions and still have not shipped!!!! Very unhappy customer.

Please don’t use MDlive- they say they treat sinus issues yet they won’t treat anything. My provider kept saying he couldn’t prescribe an anabiotic per CDC guidelines. Then why the heck does it say you treat these issues. Phone call was rude, less than 1 minutes and he basically didn’t speak English! Want my $65 bucks back!

MD Live Urgent Care is a bad. I want to know why when I click on urgent care it says that it covers things like UTI but I just had an urgent care visit and the provider said they do not cover UTI and I need to go in person? I even asked to send the lab tests to labcorp but no it's too complicated. Maybe you should take that of illnesses the MD Live urgent care covers . This is why customers get upset.This is very misleading and a complete waste of time and I don't want to be charged for the visit that I just had and this is not the first time this has happened.
