I highly recommend McKennon Law Group to handle any denied disability insurance claim anywhere in the country. Bob McKennon and Amber Dufault provided excellent services, and were very committed to my case. They filed my complaint and within a month, Lincoln decided to pay my claim in full and also pay my future long-term disability benefits, my attorney’s fees and interest. This was a complete victory for me. My experience has been nothing but wonderful with this legal team.

My medical condition was debilitating and continued to worsen. I became disabled with a series of severe physical problems. McKennon Law Group PC is outstanding. Robert McKennon and Joe McMillen of McKennon Law Group won my long-term disability matter against Hartford, one of the largest insurers in the world. The firm submitted a top-notch ERISA written appeal and worked with my neurologist to refute Hartford’s medical consultant’s opinion. Hartford ultimately agreed to overturn my claim denial. When you take out insurance you have this idea that you will be OK when the bad stuff happens. Well the bad stuff happened and then we were faced with fighting with the insurance who have a whole lot more experience in the litigation arena. Bob and Ryan took care of everything for us and kept us in the loop the whole way. We ended up settling for far less than they should have paid but we have a small nest egg to help with the ongoing costs. Thank you Bob and Ryan -- without you we would have gotten nothing!
