The team at McKennon Law Group is incredible! I suffer from a debilitating illness and was receiving benefits through my disability insurer until they erroneously terminated my benefits. That’s when I started searching for an ERISA disability attorney to represent me in an attempt to regain my benefits. I reside in the SF Bay Area, and still McKennon Law Group in SoCal seemed to be the best option. The distance was never an issue. They were always extremely responsive and accommodating. They filed and won an appeal to regain my benefits. Unfortunately, a short while later, the insurer again terminated my benefits. Luckily I had the McKennon Law Group on my team! They filed an ERISA lawsuit against the insurer which ultimately resulted in a settlement. The team at this law group are so knowledgeable and professional but also very compassionate and kind. They made this grueling process manageable and achieved a result I couldn’t have achieved on my own. After working as an aerospace engineer (one company) for over thirty years, I was forced to stop working due to chronic back pain. I filed for long-term disability under my insurance policy with Aetna Life Insurance Company. I provided them with “credible, sufficient, and persuasive” (the Judge’s own words - later) medical documents supporting my disability, and yet they refused to approve my claim.
