McDonald Carpet One repaired my flood damaged floors
My washing machine flooded my house and McDonald Carpet One was my insurance agent's recommended contractor. They were great to work with, with very skilled and personable floor and tile guys coming out over the course of 5 months worth of repairs. They made sure it was done right and were quick to fix anything I pointed out that wasn't quite right. I'd like to see them err on the side of over-communicating, rather than under-communicating. I felt that could be a key area of improvement for them.
