Ordered a shrimp dinner and dessert for takeout Paid $50 plus a $5 tip cash. Never received dessert and didn’t get a refund for my dessert. Tried to contact company and I went back to the restaurant in Philadelphia Pa. Still couldn’t get a refund.

Their hiring practices are disgusting, disappointing and discriminatory.

On 12/31/2022 we ordered online from McCormick & Schmick's via website, 1st thing is that we did not receive a confirmation email, 2nd we did not receive our food, but the money was taken from my account. When we reached out the restaurant said that they did not receive an order and completed all the orders received. On the same day I attempted to place another order online and it said the earliest pick up would have been the next business day around noon. Now I have been charged for food that I never received, and no one wants to correct the problem. McCormick & Schmick's South Park -Charlotte, NC
