Have had 3 vehicles all on finance with MBFS One traded in. One returned at end of PCP one settled in full. No issues during the life or return of vehicles even with COVID going on The problem comes at the end of the agreement. MBFS in every instance have not updated my credit report reflecting the accounts are settled. It takes weeks and weeks and phone calls to get they to respond. Often the staff on the phone aren’t able to help and everything has to be escalated. It’s pretty poor
